CT of pheochromocytoma
Axial CT with contrast of the abdomen shows a small, oval, homogeneously mildly enhancing solid lesion in the left adrenal gland just anterior to the left kidney.

The diagnosis was pheochromocytoma arising from the left adrenal gland.
