Premature newborn after PICC line placement

CXR of PICC line in the left pulmonary artery — CXR AP shows a left upper extremity PICC line whose tip projects over the left pulmonary artery.

The diagnosis was peripherally inserted central catheter malposition in the left pulmonary artery.
