Preschooler with a right sided abdominal mass

CT of bilateral Wilms tumor
Axial CT with contrast of the abdomen shows a large oval low density lesion arising from the right kidney and causing a claw sign. There is also a second smaller round low density lesion arising from the posterior aspect of the left kidney.

The diagnosis was bilateral Wilms tumor.
