Teenager in a motor vehicle accident Pediatric Imaging Neurological May 2, 2025February 20, 2025 Axial CT without contrast of the maxillofacial bones shows a linear lucent line through the lateral aspect of the right mastoid bone with resultant opacification of the mastoid air cells.
