Infant who fell 4 feet Axial (above left) and coronal (above right) CT without contrast of the brain show a depression in the left side of the skull. There was no intracranial hemorrhage. The depression is better seen on the 3D CT (below). The diagnosis was a depressed ping pong fracture of the skull.
