Infant with a cough whose whole family has postive PPD and Quantiferon tests

CXR of primary pulmonary tuberculosis
CXR AP and lateral show a dense infiltrate in the right middle lobe along with right hilar adenopathy.

The diagnosis was tuberculosis pneumonia.
