CT of thrombosed pediatric basilar artery aneurysm
Axial (above left), sagittal (above right) and coronal (below) CT without contrast of the brain show a circular high density lesion posterior to the clivus that is in the course of the basilar artery.

The diagnosis was a thrombosed intracranial aneurysm of the basilar artery.
