Sagittal US of the left kidney (above) and left ureteropelvic junction (below) show moderate hydroureteronephrosis. There was moderate hydroureter all the way to the ureterovesical junction. A subsequent voiding cystourethrogram showed no evidence of vesicoureteral reflux.
