CT of atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor
Axial (above), coronal (below left) and sagittal (below right) CT without contrast of the brain show an oval high density solid mass centered in the region of the pineal gland.

The diagnosis was atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor.
