CXR of pediatric bacterial pneumonia in the lingula
CXR AP (left) shows an opacity in the lingula that is obscuring the left heart border (silhouette sign) which on the CXR lateral (right) projects over the heart.

The diagnosis was bacterial pneumonia in the lingula.
