Radiograph of pediatric pathologic fracture through unicameral bone cyst
AP (above) and lateral (below) radiographs of the left hip show a completely displaced fracture through the femoral metaphysis. The fracture appears to go through the center of a lucent lesion in the bone.

The diagnosis was pathologic fracture through a unicameral bone cyst.
