Upper GI of normal pediatric esophagram
AP (left) and lateral (center and right) images from an upper GI exam show the esophagus to have a smooth contour without fixed narrowing or extrinsic compression.

The diagnosis was normal fluoroscopic appearance of the pediatric esophagus.
