CT of pediatric anomalous left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery
Two contiguous images from axial CT with contrast of the chest shows the left coronary artery arising from the left anterior pulmonary sinus in the main pulmonary artery.

The diagnosis was anomalous left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery.
