Premature newborn with respiratory distress

CXR of congenital hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
CXR AP shows cardiomegaly with pulmonary vascular congestion. There is underlying mild ground glass opacity in the lungs as well.

The diagnosis was congenital hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and underlying respiratory distress syndrome.
