Newborn with intracranial cyst on prenatal US Pediatric Imaging Neurological August 17, 2022July 13, 2022 Axial CT without contrast of the brain show a cystic structure that is a posterior extension of cavum septum pellucidum, posterior to anterior columns of the fornix, and anterior to the splenium of the corpus callosum.
