CT of dacrocystocele
Axial (above) and coronal (below) CT without contrast of the orbits show a left inferomedial low density bilobed mass extending from the left medial canthus through the lacrimal duct into the left inferior nasal cavity.

The diagnosis was dacrocystocele.
