CXR of Kartagener syndrome
CXR AP (left) shows dextrocardia while the stomach is in the right upper quadrant. There are cystic changes in the lower lobes bilaterally which are best visualized on the CXR lateral (right).

The diagnosis was Kartagener syndrome with bronchiectasis.
