CXR of pediatric pulmonary hypoplasia
CXR AP shows low lung volumes bilaterally due to a small thorax. There is a moderate amount of air in the right pleural space.

The diagnosis was pulmonary hypoplasia due to oligohydramnios and a right pneumonthorax.
