CT of laryngeal cyst
Sagittal (above left), coronal (above right) and axial (below) CT with contrast of the neck shows an oval, well circumscribed, low density lesion in the supraglottic region in close approximation to the right side of the epiglottis.

The diagnosis was laryngeal cyst.
